On November 30th, our ISS team came together for a special teambuilding event in support of the Soldiers’ Angels Stockings for Heroes program. This nationwide initiative brings holiday cheer to service members and veterans, and we were honored to play a part in it.
Together, our staff filled 100 holiday stockings, which will be delivered on December 1st to veterans visiting the Lake Nona VA Hospital. The team at the VA expressed how meaningful these gestures are to the veterans they serve, and we’re grateful to contribute to bringing joy and appreciation to members of our local community.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who volunteered their time to assemble the stockings—and a very special thank you to Jill’s mom, who lovingly handwritten 100 cards for the veterans and prepared homemade hot cocoa packages. Her generosity added an extra touch of warmth to each gift.
We’re proud to support Soldiers’ Angels and look forward to continuing our involvement in this impactful program.
